We’ve reopened all of our stores and will continue to keep safety measures in place—because protecting our members, employees, and families always comes first. See below to learn more about the precautions we’re taking! As always, our online store at yeslea.com or remains open and fully operational, 24 hours a day.

Now that Yeslea stores have reopened, what safety measures are you implementing?

Since reopening our stores, we’re committed to taking every precaution to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable, including:
-Daily temperature checks for employees
-Increasing the frequency of cleanings
-Installing hand sanitizer stations

 

WAREHOUSES & SAFETY

Are your distribution centers still open, and what are you doing to keep employees safe?

Our distribution centers remain open with our passionate and dedicated team working hard to fulfill orders. We continue to make the health and safety of our workforce and distribution centers a top priority by implementing the highest safety standards—including strict social-distancing policies with supervisors dedicated to ensuring our new protocols, frequent handwashing, and staying home when sick. In addition to following CDC guidelines, we’re exceeding our rigorous standards of cleanliness by increasing the level and frequency of our sanitization practices. We’ve also implemented enhanced employee training.

SHIPPING TIMES

Can I expect usual shipping times? 

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, yeslea, has been completely committed to making safety and customer satisfaction our top priorities. We are happy to report the end of shipping delays. From here, our shipping times will return to our usual one to two-week timeline.

Seeing styles with estimated shipping dates?

Due to industry-wide production delays related to COVID-19, increased order volume and third party delivery carrier delays, orders may take longer than usual to arrive.

Is yeslea getting more innovative products stock soon?

To fulfill the unexpected demand for activewear as a result of COVID-19, we’ve been working hard to expedite new inventory. We’re so sorry that it’s been tough to get our latest technological devices, but we now have new arrivals weekly that we think you’ll love.
